PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply set newly issued record entry sheets by collecting newly issued record use entry sheets distributed every month at one place and to reduce the number of peel papers to be used. SOLUTION: A mount 5 for publishing newly issued record data is provided at a required place and newly issued record data entry sheets 6 are successively superposed on the mount 5 from below at every month and bound together through pressure-sensitive adhesive strips 8 provided along the same sides of the respective newly issued record data entry sheets 6 and the sides on the side opposite to the bound part 10 of the newly issued record data entry sheet 6 are stepwise exposed and publishing month data 13 are displayed on the exposed parts 12. |
