PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a polyvinyl chloride chamber and a concrete curbstone are merely kept in contact on a smooth connecting face without a meshing structure at an inspection port of sewage discharge, they are separated by the transit of vehicles, thus causing a problem on durability, a polyvinyl chloride tube erected from underground and the polyvinyl chloride chamber at the inspection port are easily separated at the connecting face, and the rainwater accumulated on the flat polyvinyl chloride chamber and the curbstone infiltrates from the polyvinyl chloride chamber. SOLUTION: The connecting face of the polyvinyl chloride chamber with the concrete curbstone is machined into a recessed groove or a protruded ridge to be firmly integrated with concrete mortar, and the upper face of the curbstone is inclined to improve the drainage property. The polyvinyl chloride chamber and the curbstone are firmly connected and are not separated easily, and rainwater hardly infiltrates into the soil chamber through the polyvinyl chloride chamber and the curbstone.
