PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block piled up on a slope face to constitute a retaining wall, spraying a greening bedrock material on the retaining wall surface to bring up plants, facilitating the execution and preventing the greening bedrock materials to be sprayed from being blown off even in case of a gale. SOLUTION: A holding member 4 for holding the greening bedrock material 11 is provided on the front face of the concrete block 1, the holding member 4 is twined around a wire rod at random, at the same time, a large number of large and small gaps are formed as a whole to make a plate-like body with a specific thickness, and the half number of them are buried in the concrete block to be mounted.
