PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for a porous intake equipment or the like capable of reducing the equipment cost and loads in retaining management face. SOLUTION: In an intake equipment having a plurality of gates, an operating rod 5a is provided in the gate body of each gate, and the upper end of the respective operating rods 5a is positioned in a machine chamber 4 at the upper part of the intake equipment. A driving mechanism to vertically transfer gate body 5 through the operating rod 5a is provided in the machine chamber 4. Each operating rod 5a is constituted to be connectable to the driving mechanism 10 when the driving mechanism 10 is disposed in the corresponding connection position.
