PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding excellent in damping performance and mechanical properties, and to provide a damping material excellent in mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The molding consists of a copolymer having a structure, that an ethylene homopolymer segment is bonded to an alkenyl atomatic hydrocarbon homopolymer segment in the same molecular chain, and to provide a damping material composed of the molding.
