PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling capability of a radiator 120 without making the radiator 120 large. SOLUTION: Air for which a heat exchange is not performed in a condenser 110 is sucked in a high pressure air generating device 130, the sucked air is pressurized and the air is injected toward the radiator 120. As a result, the air passing through the condenser 110 and raised in temperature can be changed in direction to be pushed to a lower side by the pressurized air injected from the high pressure air generating device 130 and air of a low temperature for which the heat exchange is not performed in the condenser 110 (is not raised in temperature) can be supplied to the radiator 120, preventing a large quantity of air passed through the condenser 110 and raised in temperature from being supplied to the radiator 120, and thereby a temperature difference of cooling water and cooling air can be increased.
