PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new (meth)acrylic ester resin composition which has various good physical properties such as weatherability, impact resistance and luster or the like when it uses in various application of a coating, binder, adhe sive for a film, plastic, glass, paper, fiber and leather or the like, in addition to the various paint (a lacquer paint and a curable paint) such as a paint for the building exterior, building material, metal, plastic, heavy corrosion-proof and rooftop waterproof or the like. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by containing a (meth)acrylic ester polymer of 5-90 wt.%, which is obtained by the polymerization of a monomer component containing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer being a cyclohexyl alkylester of (meth)acrylic acid (provided that the cyclohexyl group may have a substituted group) of 20 wt.% or more, and a medium.
