The present disclosure refers to a disposable absorbent article of the kind having an adequate system for its waste after use, such as a disposable pant for kids in training time or for incontinent teenagers or adults; articles not having fastening, adhesive nor mechanical laces, which are generally used to keep the disposable absorbent article in an adequate configuration to be thrown away after use. The waste system of the present invent consists in a kind of elastic lace or band placed by the rear waist part of the product, so that once the product is going to be thrown away, it is horizontally or vertically winded and fastened with the elastic lace or band so that it is ready to be thrown away in a compact way and without the risk that the matter contained in it could come out to the exterior causing bad odors and pollution.
