PURPOSE: Air cleaner structure of a vehicle is provided to improve performance of an air cleaner and efficiency, and to prevent breakage of an air cleaner by installing a porous cotton yarn net having plural vents in the lower case of the air cleaner. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(20) is connected to the side of a lower case(14) of an air cleaner(26) to flow air from an air duct, and hinges(11-a,11-b) are formed in the lower part of the lower case. A porous cotton net(16) is combined and supported between hinges. An element(18) is mounted in the upper part of the lower case, and a cover(12) having an outlet(10) is formed. Dust and foreign matters are eliminated from air with the element in moving air from the inlet, and clean air is discharged through the outlet. Air between an engine room and the air cleaner is circulated through the porous cotton net, and noise and vibration are reduced with increasing the volume of the air cleaner. Breakage of the air cleaner is prevented with discharging high pressure exhaust gas through pores of the cotton net at misfire.
