PURPOSE: A holder having a watch assembly is provided to prevent accidents and improve safety by checking time with keeping the visual field of a driver properly, and to use conveniently by adjusting the time accurately with providing illumination. CONSTITUTION: A holder with a watch assembly comprises a body(14) having a horizontal part installed parallel in a head lining, and an inclined part inclined integrally with the horizontal part and placed in the visual field of a driver with a display window and plural perforating parts(22); a switch panel having a fixing part fastened in the inclined part, and a switch part protruding plural switch knobs inserted to perforating parts integrally formed with the fixing part; and a board having a display(36) placed corresponding to the display window to show time, and plural switch terminals inserted to switch knob for interlocking. Accidents are prevented with installing the holder in the front of the head lining. The indoor space is used efficiently with forming plural containing cases.
