The display shows a list of program elements, and emphasizes one of them at a fixed position on the screen. A set number of elements in the list are shown adjacent to the emphasized item. The list can be scrolled to bring another element into the emphasized position. Each element in the list has a context change feature allowing a change of screen or program.
