A steam absorption refrigerating machine circulating adsorbent so as to allow the adsorbent to return in order from an absorber (1) again to the absorber (1) through a low temperature heat exchanger (3), a low temperature regenerator (4), a high temperature heat exchanger (6), a steam heating high temperature regenerator (7), the high temperature heat exchanger (6), and the low temperature heat exchanger (3); comprising a solution concentrating boiler (10) provided between the high temperature generator (7) and the high temperature heat exchanger (6) and heating and concentrating the adsorbent, and a pump (13) extracting a part or all of the rich adsorbent from the high temperature regenerator (7) and feeding the adsorbent to the solution concentrating boiler (10); wherein the solution concentrating boiler (10) is connected to the high temperature heat exchanger (6) so as to return the heated and concentrated adsorbent to the heating side of the high temperature heat exchanger (6), and also connected to the high temperature regenerator (7) so as to feed the refrigerant steam evaporated from the adsorbent in the solution concentrating boiler (10) as a heating source to the high temperature regenerator (7).
