PURPOSE: A fence is provided to install and disassemble a fence with short time and small number of workers, to easily move and keep the fence, and to lengthen the life span of the fence. CONSTITUTION: A fence(10) comprises support bars(20) and rails(96). The rails are rods, pipes, or steel bars of specific diameter. The support bars are made of synthetic resin. The support bars are made of thermoplastic resin. The support bars have first legs, second legs, first connecting units, and second connecting units. First holders are integrally formed in the first and second connecting units. A rotating member is installed in the support bar. The rotating member has a second holder.
