PURPOSE: A method for printing pictures on natural cloth dyed by natural dyes and an article manufactured by the method are provided to attain various kinds of articles such as a tourism souvenir, a handkerchief, an object of art, and so on made by printing and editing traditional pictures and other desired pictures on the natural cloth according to a silk screen manner. CONSTITUTION: The method for printing pictures on natural cloth comprises the steps of; dyeing the natural cloth with natural dyes; editing desired pictures by using CAD system; outputting the edited pictures into a film form; printing the output pictures onto the natural cloth dyed with the natural dyes according to a silk screen print method; applying steam to the printed cloth; tentering the steam processed cloth; and sewing and finishing the tentered cloth.
