A photovoltaic device comprises a photovoltaic module is disposed on or above an insulating substrate 10, holes 10a, 10d connected with conducting paste terminal 50a, 50d of the module formed on the substrate 10, conducting materials 52 connected electrically with the conducting paste terminal 50a, 50d, a protective resin film 82 covering its surface. The protective resin film 82 has opening at position facing to the conducting materials 52, which is larger than shape of the topside of the conducting material 62. The conducting materials are disposed inside of the opening.
