<p>A method of regulating the exciting current-transmission torque characteristics of a driving force transmission device. A yoke (36) supporting an electromagnet (33) is housed in a groove (53) and is separated a first distance (L2) and a second distance (L4) from the groove. Changing the first distance with the second distance fixed will regulate exciting current-transmission torque characteristics. Since a change in the first distance produces a comparatively small change in the reluctance of a magnetic path, exciting current-transmission torque characteristics can be regulated more accurately.</p> |
