PURPOSE: Provided is an immunoglobulin reinforcing composition which contains CLA(conjugated linoleic acid), Selenium, fat soluble vitamin A, D,E or their mixture, as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: The immunoglobulin reinforcing composition contains 10-400mg/kg/day of CLA(conjugated linoleic acid), 0.1-5μg/kg/day of Selenium, fat soluble vitamin A, D,E or their mixture in an amount of 20-1500IU/kg/day, 10-300IU/kg/day and 1-100mg/kg/day respectively, as an active ingredient and is mixed pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The composition can be formulated into tablets, capsules, granules, liquid or powders.
