PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a sheet useful in water-proof process by placing the sheet to outer surface of a concrete and applying a water-proof paint to improve affinity to the applied film and to extend service time of the water-proof sheet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of introducing an admixture of 80-85wt.% PE powder and 15-20wt.% acetic acid into a hopper and heating the admixture(S10); continuously heating EV discharged from an exit at one side end of the hopper with a heater and transferring the heated EVA(S12); laminating non-woven cloth, glass fiber, EVA and another non-woven cloth to form a regular thickness of EVA material(S14) and impregnating the laminated material under heat and pressure by means of a pressing part(S16); and compressing the cloth, the glass fiber and the EVA in order and cooling them in a cooling part(S18) to produce a sheet(S20).
