<p>The invention provides a controlled release pharmaceutical pellet composition comprising a drug having low solubility under acidic conditions, the said composition providing a release of at least 75 % of the said drug within 45 minutes in phosphate buffer pH 6.8, further comprising a microcrystalline cellulose and a swellable polymer in respective amounts such that the weight ratio of the swellable polymer to the microcrystalline cellulose is above 5:100 and up to 30:100.</p> |
