PURPOSE: A control device of a time deinterleaver memory for digital audio broadcasting is provided to reduce requested amount of a deinterleaver memory having a memory area to a plurality of frames of interleaved data from a transmitting side. CONSTITUTION: A control device of a time deinterleaver memory generates addresses for writing and reading interleaved data to a deinterleaver memory. The deinterleaver memory includes each memory area to a plurality of frames of interleaved data. If frame information related to partial frames is inputted to write the partial frames at a memory area of a deinterleaver memory area that is not used, an encoding part(126) outputs frame information on the other frames. In a ROM(110), bit location information of the memory area related to a plurality of frames is written so that the memory area for the partial frames and the memory area for the other frames are not overlapped each other.
