摘要 PURPOSE: A multi-point sensor for probing a blast furnace is provided which uniformly sets positions of temperature measuring contact points of each sheath thermocouples installed at probing regions, and a manufacturing method of the multi-point sensor for probing a blast furnace is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a multi-point sensor for probing a blast furnace comprises the steps of bonding one end parts of wire rods each of which have different lengths with one end parts of each sheath thermocouples so that temperature measuring contact points(11a) of each of the sheath thermocouples each of which are positioned at different points from the non-bonding end parts of the wire rods are spaced apart from each other in an equal distance; reciprocally binding non-bonding end parts of the wire rods; installing each of the wire rods and each of the sheath thermocouples adhered onto the wire rods inside a receiving pipe(13) by inserting the binding side of the wire rods into one end part of the receiving pipe(13); bonding the binding side of the wire rods with one end part of the receiving pipe(13), and reducing a diameter of the receiving pipe(13) by extruding the receiving pipe(13); installing a protection pipe(14) on the surrounding outer wall of the receiving pipe(13) where the temperature measuring contact points(11a) are equipped at; and connecting small metal wires at the other end part of the temperature measuring contact points(11a) to a connector(16) connected to a control circuit.
