PURPOSE: A luminescent film structure of a color CRT is provided to enhance flatness of a metal reflecting film and luminescence by forming the metal reflecting film over a luminescent film but a black matrix layer. CONSTITUTION: A luminescent film structure of a color CRT is manufactured by forming a black matrix layer(110) on an inner side of a panel(100), forming a luminescent film(120) by coating R,G,B luminescent materials after forming the black matrix layer(110), cutting some of partial deposition transcription film, arranging adhesive layer of the partial deposition transcription film and the inner side of the panel to face each other and aligning reference holes of the panel(100) and the partial deposition transcription film, adhering the partial deposition transcription film onto the inner side of the panel(100) with a heating roller(150) and a pressing roller(151) to form a metal thin film(130).
