PURPOSE: Provided are a polyurethane support having excellent inhibiting activity of back-diffusion of a drug for DDS(Drug Delivery System) and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: DDS preparation has a polyurethane support consisting of a drug layer comprising drugs, adhesive and absorption enhancer, a polyurethane film, and release paper, wherein the polyurethane film contains 6-10 wt.% of absorption enhancer selected from fatty acid ester, fatty acid alcohol and solvent; and the polyurethane support is characterized by inhibiting back-diffusion of drugs.
