The invention concerns a method and a device for equalizing and decoding digital signals from K users comprising several modules, each module including an equalizer connected to a decoder. An equalizer of rank k corresponding to an index of the user k is connected to at least two decoders of rank varying from k to k-1. The invention is useful for demodulating signals in mobile radio systems.
