PURPOSE: A headphone device is provided to stably wear without slipping by containing an ear device. CONSTITUTION: A headphone device(11) is comprised of a headband assembly(12) worn on the head and a headphone main body(13) attached to at least one end of the headband assembly. The headphone device is provided with an ear device(21) that prevents slipping when worn and stabilizes wearability. The headphone main body is attached to the headband assembly in a rotatable manner so that the axis of rotation is inclined with the center line of the headphone main body. Thus, the headphone main body is and matched into the inclination of the ear and so the headphone device has stabilized wearability as well as improved feeling when worn and sound quality.
