PURPOSE: A method and device for supplying a purchasing decision in the electronic commerce are provided to find out an optimum alternative plan as following the intention decision process of a buyer and to suggest an optimum price and dealing condition for an optimum alternative plan. CONSTITUTION: The device includes at least one or more buyer interface(200), at least one or more shopping mall interface(300) and a purchasing intention decision supporting server(100). The buyer interface and the shopping mall interface connects to the purchasing intention decision supporting server through the Internet by using a PCS(Personal Communication Network) and a satellite communication as well as a PTSN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and a LAN(Local Area Network). The each interface equips a data converter(400) for transceiving data to the purchasing intention decision supporting server. The purchasing intention decision supporting server takes charge of the product category selection, the brand set formation, the purchasing intention decision supporting, the order treatment and the claim treatment.
