PURPOSE: A steering system of a vehicle is provided to drive or steer a servomotor by an electronic control unit according to a signal of a torque sensor and to reduce producing cost by simplifying structure. CONSTITUTION: A steering system in a vehicle comprises a steering handle(10) rotated to change travelling direction of the vehicle; a rotational shaft(12) rotating according to the steering handle by being mounted in the middle of the steering handle; a torque sensor(14) detecting or outputting a rotational angle of the rotational shaft by being installed on the rotational shaft; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(16) controlling steering of the vehicle according to the rotational angle of the torque sensor; front wheels(18) rotating according to the travelling direction; a steering shaft(20) rotating the wheels; and a servo motor(22). Thereby, the steering system in the vehicle drives the servomotor by the ECU according to the signal of the torque sensor.
