PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a remote control signal is provided to reduce background noise, improve transmission efficiency and widen frequency band and amplitude band by using ultrasonic waves as a career, and remove electronic waves. CONSTITUTION: In a method for transmitting a control signal of a remote control controlling operations of various electronic equipments in a simplex in a short distance communication, an ultrasonic wave is used as a career and the control signal is transmitted in a digital transmission method applying a PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) method. In a PCM transmission communication system using ultrasonic waves, an encoder(101) encodes input data to be loaded in a career for transmission. A filter(201) filters received data and a decoder(202) decodes filtered data.
