<p>A system and method (12) for conducting market research studies on online content utilizing moderator and respondent computers connected over a network. A moderator at the moderator computer (12) directs a plurality of respondents at computers (10A-10H) to view preselected subject matter, collects comments and reactions on the subject matter in a database for later review and benchmarking. The system allows respondents to view a plurality of screens showing different aspects of the online content, provides buttons to indicate a reaction to the content. Preferred embodiment enables the respondent to provide text comments. The moderator can view progress of the respondents, reactions and comments, time spent, gather respondents' personal data and print out reports. The system also includes client computers (26), the clients may view comments and reactions and exchange messages with the moderator.</p> |
