The present invention provides a relocation agency service implemented over a computer network, such as the Internet. In order to carry out a relocation, for example where a person is relocating from one private dwelling to another, many tasks need to be implemented, such as instructing and organising removalists, changing address details with service providers such as banks, ensuring that utilities are arranged, and more. Presently, there is no alternative but for the person to find the resources to carry out these tasks themselves. The relocation agency service of the present invention receives the relocation details from the person and implements all the relocation tasks by advising and monitoring selected service providers to carry out the tasks.
