PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing the medical moving picture are provided to record the growth process of the registered mother's baby on the Internet by receiving the moving picture and photo information of a baby an embryo from a medical organization and a studio through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a service using device(100) of a user, the Internet(200), a medical moving picture providing mediating device(400), a data providing device(400) of a medical organization and a data providing device(500) of a studio. The service using device of user and the data providing device of the medical organization and studio is a computer being connected to the medical moving picture providing mediating device through the Internet or other communication device such as a mobile phone being capable of connecting to the Internet. The medical moving picture providing mediating device comprises a processing part(310) and a database part(320). The processing part includes a web server(311), a multimedia server(312) and a photo server(313). The database part includes a managing DB(321), a member DB(322), a moving picture DB(323), a Photo DB(324), a family home DB(325) and a baby home DB(326).
