PURPOSE: A skeletal structure for steel furniture is provided to manufacture steel furniture simply and rapidly and to improve durability of steel furniture. CONSTITUTION: In a skeletal structure for steel furniture whose primary, secondary and fourth corners(121)(122)(124) are bent to keep the frame of a panel(100) in a C-shape, many dotted holes(130) are formed on a part for forming a third corner(123) between the secondary corner(122) and the fourth corner(124) at regular intervals to be foldable by hand and an end(125) is contacted with/welded directly to the inside of the panel(100) when folding the third corner(123).
