METHOD FOR PRECISELY COMPENSATING FREQUENCY ERROR OF HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS LAN

PURPOSE: A method for precisely compensating frequency error of a high-speed wireless LAN is provided to improve the efficiency of the high-speed wireless LAN by promptly and accurately performing synchronization to receiving signals by using look-up tables. CONSTITUTION: The first short code is received for being delayed(71¯72). A conjugated complex number is taken to each delayed short code(73). In each short code, valid size as to a real number part and an imaginary number part of the conjugated complex number is searched(74). Phase difference is obtained by using the searched valid size(75). The total sum of the obtained phase difference and the average thereof is obtained(76¯77). Phase information corresponding to the average of the frequency error is searched from a look-up table(78). A phase of the next short code is compensated by using the searched phase information(79).
