The surface heater or cooler module (10) connecting to further modules has wall and/or roof structures arranged between supports (14) and is covered outside by a cover plate. The wall structure is in dry finish and the module contains fluid lines (11) set in the heat-conducting sheets (12), preferably using several sheets in parallel all with fluid inside and fixed to the supports (14) by crossways bearers (13) crimped to the wall supports. The conducting sheets bear the cover plate surrounding the module.
