Upon receiving a purchase request from the portable communing terminal(2A), the sales informing apparatus (3) accesses a member DB (31) to acquire the payment information of the user of the portable communicating terminal(2A), accesses a goods DB (32) to decide the purchase price, and transmits a payment request including these items to the payment institution apparatus (41) of a payment institution (4). When payment regarding to this payment request by the payment institution (4) is completed without problems, the sales informing apparatus (3) transmits delivery notice information to the portable communicating terminal (2B) carried by the user at the goods delivery destination.
