PURPOSE: A fabrication method of anatase photocatalyst is provided to protect human beings from hazardous bacteria and to preserve various food safe. CONSTITUTION: The fabrication method of photocatalyst includes the steps of (i) adding 60wt.% of rutile type titania having a particle size of 0.2mm to 0.3, 38wt.% of Ca particle having a particle size of less than 0.2mm, 2wt.% of Cl to 100wt.% of pure water so as to prepare slurry; (ii) reacting the slurry at 60deg.C for 12 hours; and (iii) calcining it at 550deg.C for 2 hours.
