A folding collapsible steering lock includes a retaining plate, a blocking rod, a table-flap and a lock cylinder. Wherein said retaining plate has a hook at one and therunder and a upper face on which a guiding tube is securely mounted. The blocking rod is retractably provided in the guiding tube, and an opening is provided at the tail end of the guiding tube. The table-flap is connected of the retaining plate through pivot joint, and provides a moveable post at one end therein, which longitudinally aligned with the opening of the guiding tube. The table-flap also has a hook at one end thereunder. The lock cylinder is fastened in the retaining plate. The retaining plate and the table-flap can be folded up into the collapsed position to reduce the total length of the steering lock greatly by means of connection of pivot joint. As a result, it is easy to be schlepped and stored when the steering lock is not in use.
