<p>The invention relates to a low temperature spray coatable powder and a spray coating apparatus therefor. The spray coatable powder comprises (in parts by weight) 45 silicon oxide; 17-23 boron trioxide; 10-12 lithium oxide; 8-26 titanium dioxide; 25-30 calcium fluoride, sodium fluorosilicate or antimony oxide; 5-7 cobalt oxide, nickel oxide or molybdenum oxide; 8-25 zinc oxide: 1-12 zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide, or magnesium oxide, 6-8 barium oxide; 1-3 copper oxide.
