PURPOSE: An equipment for treating water contained waste is provided which efficiently treats water contained waste or sludge generated in the home, restaurant, food processing factory or terminal disposal plant of sewage in crushing and drying methods. CONSTITUTION: The equipment for treating water contained waste comprises a crushing unit(10) consisting of an injection hopper(11) at one side of which a steam outlet(11a) is formed, and a crushing screw(12) which is rotated by a motor(M1) and installed at an opening part of the lower end of the injection hopper; a drying unit(20) consisting of a transfer screw shaped drying drum(21) which is installed adjacently to the lower end of the crushing screw(12) of the crushing unit(10), in which a hollow part(21a) is formed, and a hot air inlet(21b) and an outlet(21c) which are formed at both sides of the hollow part(21a) so that the drying drum(21) is rotated by a motor(M2), a cover body(22) which is installed around the outer circumferential surface of one side of the drying drum(21) with spaced apart from the drying drum in a certain distance, and a separating screw(23) which is installed adjacently to drying drum(21) and rotated by a motor(M3); a boiler(30) equipped with a hot air duct(31) which is connected to the hot air inlet(21b) formed on the drying drum(21) of the drying unit(20); an exhaust duct(40) equipped with an exhaust fan(41) for exhaust steam generated from the crushing unit(10) and the drying unit(20) and waste heat generated from the drying drum(21) of the drying unit(20); and a body(50) in which the crushing unit(10) and the drying unit(20) are installed, and at the lower end of which a final treated material discharge port(51) is formed. |
