摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are a preparation method of foods using bamboo leaves such as bamboo leaf tea and bamboo leaf drink, and a bamboo leaf processed food. The method of making foods with the bamboo leaves increases the income of the bamboo growers who are having difficulty due to the imported cheap bamboo products abroad. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises: a cleaning step by cold water of the early bamboo leaves with 5-7cm length, right after the bamboo shoots are grown, to get ride of the unwanted materials; a drying step of the above hand cleaned bamboo leaves to eliminate the remaining moisture by hot air dryer at 48-52deg.C, spreading thin on a plate; putting on a plate heated at 83-87deg.C for 1 minute after cutting the above dried leaves to 2.5cm; and final drying step of the above leaves at 48-52deg.C hot air dryer for 12 hours after they are cut into 0.5cm size. The bamboo leave tea is made by boiling 2.5g of the above leaves in 1 liter water and the drink is prepared by filling 150-200ml of the above extract in the bottle. The foods made by the above bamboo leaves include bamboo tea powder, noodle, pancake and block cake.
