A device for energetically influencing a fluid comprises a dielectric coil (5) arranged around a flow channel (1) downstream of a dielectric coil (4); a further dielectric coil (6) arranged the coil (5) at an angle of 90 deg to the windings of the coil (5); and a constant voltage supply device for supplying the coils with constant voltage. Preferred Features: A metal sleeve (7) made of aluminum is arranged over the whole of the dielectric coils. An additional dielectric coil (2) is connected to a constant voltage source which delivers a voltage of approximately 3 volts. The flow channel is widened between further dielectric coils (3, 4).
