The scooter (1) has a standing surface (12) attached to a carrier frame (2) fitted with wheels (8) at one end and coupled via a vertical U-shaped console (3) at the opposite end to an upright (4), provided with handlebars (5) and a further set of wheels (8) at its top and bottom ends.
