METHOD FOR RESERVING USE OF SERVER, DEVICE FOR MANAGING RESERVATION, AND PROGRAM ENCLOSURE MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A method for reserving a use of a server, a device for managing a reservation, and a program enclosure medium are provided to enable a plurality of users to use a function of a processing server for performing a predetermined process through a network effectively and prevent a using time of a user of the processing server from being reduced caused by a recognizing time mismatch of a user and the processing server. CONSTITUTION: A user PC(106) is connected through an Internet service provider and a telephone network(104). A server usage reservation managing center(101) and a streaming server(102) are connected to the Internet(103). A plurality of client PCs(107) is connected to the Internet(103) through a telephone network or an exclusive circuit. The streaming server(102) is connected to a server connection exclusive network(108). When data are transmitted to the streaming server(102) in the user PC(106), the user PC(106) performs a PPP(Point-to-Point Protocol) connection to an access port of the server connection exclusive network(108) through the telephone network(104). Contents data are transmitted using a communication path between the user PC(106) and the streaming server(102). An exclusive line(109) is mounted between the streaming server(102) and the server usage reservation managing center(101). When an authentication is processed, data are transmitted/received through the exclusive line(109).
