PURPOSE: A prefabricated tar paper block for constructing a bridge and a passage culvert is provided to execute an installation work of tar paper simply and rapidly, to reduce the period of a connection work of a bridge and a road and to save labor costs. CONSTITUTION: As for a tar paper(A) installed on a horizontal plane(11a) and a vertical plane(11b) of a joint(11) of a bridge(1) or a passage culvert connected with a road(4), the tar paper(A) has the coincident width with the width of the horizontal plane(11a) of the joint(11) and comprises a tar paper block(4) installed on the horizontal plane(11a) at regular intervals, manufactured to have the length enough for interposing between dowel bars(2) facing each other and provided with a fitting groove holding both rubber plates(3) respectively on the middle of both longitudinal ends.
