PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for an electrical/electronic product is provided to have no noise and dust generation, and occupy smaller space so as not to effect on reduction of thickness of the product. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus for an electrical/electronic product comprises a cooling structure(301) surrounding a heating component for receiving heat from the heating component, a heat pipe(302), its one end being coupled to the cooling structure(301), and a cooling plate(303) coupled to the other end of the heat pipe(302) for transferring the heat to a back cover of a PDP TV. An insulating tape(304) is further provided between the cooling plate(303) and the back cover. The cooling structure(301) is made of a light material having good thermal conductivity, e. g., aluminium. The cooling structure(301) is fixed onto an inner printed circuit board of the PDP TV.
