PURPOSE: An auxiliary unit for computer communication is provided to remove limitation on location by installing a PC without considering location of a telephone terminal when a user tries to execute PC communication. CONSTITUTION: To execute PC communication, a user connects the first connection element and the third connection element of a radio terminal(32) with the second connection element and the fifth connection element of a modem(31). The user executes a communication program embedded in a PC(33) and the modem(31) embedded in the PC(33) starts operating. The user inputs data for connection. If a communication company allows connection, data input by the user is converted into signals to be processed in a system and is transmitted to the second connection element and the fifth connection element of the modem(31). The signals are transmitted to the first connection element and the third connection element of the radio terminal(32), so that the radio terminal(32) exchanges the signals with a main body part of a telephone(35) wirelessly.
