PURPOSE: A structure for forming a connector of a semiconductor burn-in board is provided to effectively prevent a generation of signal distortion, by making the length of a signal connection line connected to a socket short. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sockets(12) for mounting a package are installed on a printed circuit board(PCB)(11). The first input/output connectors(14,14') are installed in the periphery of a group(13) of sockets formed on one part of the upper surface of the PCB. The second input/output connectors(15,15') are additionally installed in the periphery of a group(13') of sockets formed on the other part of the upper surface of the PCB.
