PURPOSE: A method for making a telephone call using a telephone domain and a system using the same are provided to write and use a telephone number as a telephone domain character so that a user can easily memorize it and continuously use it without a change by an external influence. CONSTITUTION: A system for making a telephone call using a telephone domain consist of a caller terminal(10), a receiver terminal(20), and a telephone exchange system(30). The caller terminal(10) is a communication unit to make a phone call using a telephone domain. The receiver terminal(20) indicates a generic communication unit that can communicate with the caller terminal(10). The telephone exchange system(30), connecting the caller terminal(10) and the receiver terminal(20) using a telephone domain, comprises a transmit-receive part(31), a control part(32), and a database(33). The transmit-receive part(31) transmits and/or receives data with the caller terminal(10) and the receiver terminal(20). The control part(32) interprets the data received from the caller terminal(10) and searches for corresponding information. The database(33) stores and processes telephone domains and receiver information corresponding to them.
