PURPOSE: An interactive image chatting system in a dispersion processing method through the Internet is provided to improve extension efficiency of a product by using self-developed module, and disperse load by operating each client as a server, thereby reducing construction cost. CONSTITUTION: Terminal screens(40,50) of each client(10) includes a text window supporting an image of the other party with 1-6 frames per second and displaying text data in a text mode, and a video conference window displaying each client(10) in a video conference mode. Each client(10) connects to a network(20) through a user program(35) and confirms user authentication with each other. Each authenticated client(10) performs one-to-one chatting or one-to-many chatting.
