Saw-blade production system with soldering stations, for use in factory, has conveyor moving workpieces from magazine to sequence of working stations

The first magazine (11) contains workpieces ready for soldering etc. and is situated adjacent to a second magazine for finished saw blades. The production line conveyor moves the workpieces to soldering stations (15,16), a surface treating section (17) and a first control device. The workpieces then move to a polishing station (24). They may move to grinding stations (21-23) and back to the polishing station. Finished blades may move from the polishing station to a second control station (25) which may discharge the blades from the machine or send them to the second magazine via a further working station (27). The control system may include a digital camera.
